May Class Schedule
May 2nd - Basic tooling class. Our 2 hour hands on tooling class is a great way to improve on, or get started, doing floral carving. Bring your own basic 7 tools or grab what you need to get started carving leather.
Class fee is only $35. We will provide a surface to tool on as well as the leather, pattern and instructions. Please RSVP to make sure we have room.
May 9th - Chisolm Trail Leathercraft Guild meeting 10-noon. Everyone is welcome to join us as the guild members share their passion of doing leather work. There is no charge to attend. Bring a project for show and tell and be prepared to meet other folks from across the state that love leathercrafting!
May 16th - May 9th- Leather Journal making class. This will be a fun class where each student will make their own leather journal which will hold two notebooks!
In this leather journal class we will use a vegtan journal cut out and teach you how to tool a corner pattern provided by Jim Linnell!
A basic set of tools is necessary to bring, or purchase, for the tooling.
All materials, including the note books are included in the class fee of $45. A paid reservation is necessary as this class usually fills up quickly.
May 23rd - Memorial Day weekend we will be closed.
May 30th - Chap pattern making with Owen Clark. Class time TBD.
